This pint-size gem is where celebrities party—usually until sunrise—when they're in town. Hidden down an alley beside a late-night food stand, Droplet, its location only adds an air of exclusivity to the speakeasy feel. Excellent fresh-fruit martinis are its forte. Drop has two incarnations: after-dinner cocktail lounge before midnight, and impenetrable fortress later on, so arrive early to avoid disappointment. Happy hour is from 6 pm to 10 pm, Tuesday through Friday.
