$-$$, Spanish, Kowloon
Fodor's Review:
International tapas meet New World wines at this upbeat venue in the Kowloon Shangri-La Hotel. Chefs work in an open kitchen, where a tandoor oven regularly produces freshly baked bread to go with the little dishes. Typical Spanish tapas like whitebait, sardines, and chorizo sausage are served, but there are also dips from around the world, a smorgasbord of olives, sushi-style tuna, and potato-wrapped shrimp -- plus a global oyster selection.
