Lobster, fresh fish, and expertly grilled steaks are the main draws at this sleek, yet warm and welcoming flagship restaurant of the JW Marriott Hotel. For our money, we'd say slide up to the sushi bar and leave your fate in the hands of the virtuoso sushi chef, who serves up pricey but artistic plates of sushi and sashimi made with incredibly fresh ingredients. You might also try king crab linguine with chorizo, grilled Japanese Wagyu, or roast suckling pig, and finish with the liquid chocolate cake with vanilla-ginger ice cream.
