Fodor's Review:
Some might argue that the outpost of an American steak-house chain would not be the appropriate place for a break-the-bank meal in Hong Kong. And in many ways they'd be right. On the other hand, Morton's does what it does so well -- and so consistently -- that it can well satisfy the steak craving that can sometimes arise when you're in faraway places. The meat is world-class: most flavorful is the New York strip; the filet mignon is juicy and tender; and the porterhouse, for sharing, combines the best of both worlds.
