Fodor's Review:
At the Excelsior's bar, also known as ToTT's, you're treated to a 270-degree vista of Hong Kong Harbor. As you walk in, you're greeted with a riot of wacky interior features ranging from zebra-stripe lounges and multicolor chairs to what looks like color-by-numbers paintings and carpeting of questionable taste.
