$$$-$$$$, Central
Fodor's Review:
Refined elegance and superb hospitality are signatures of the Ritz-Carlton. Although gilt-frame mirrors and crystal chandeliers evoke old-world Europe, the design does give the occasional nod to Asia. Service is in the stratosphere, as you'd expect from a Ritz-Carlton, and every room has either a harbor view or a Peak-and-skyscraper view. The upper club floors have a private concierge, and a lounge with free food and drinks all day long, where you'll likely see elite business deals being transacted in hushed tones. The small lobby is less impressive than those of its peers, but on the flip side, its location, right aside Central's main plaza, is unbeatable.
