This 300-seat international food court has something fun for the whole family, with entertainment provided by chefs in six "show kitchens" focusing on cuisines from around the world. Take your pick from the salad counter; a seafood station; pasta, paella, risotto, and carvery from the western kitchen; dishes from all over Asia; tandoories and curries from the Indian counter; and fresh soufflés, crepes, and even liquid chocolate from Hong Kong's only chocolate fountain at the dessert station. Good-value, all-you-can-eat buffets are served up to midnight. A deli sells take-out food and gourmet gifts.
