Fodor's Review:
Small stalls from local cottage industries sell handicrafts each Sunday and on public holidays outside the Cultural Centre on the Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront. Portrait artists are at hand to capture your likeness, and there's other artwork, jewelry, clothing, and knickknacks. Each stall-holder is chosen by a panel of judges who look to promote Hong Kong artists and small businesses.
