$$-$$$$, Contemporary, Admiralty
Fodor's Review:
It'll amuse the buffet-loving kids, at least: the innovative café TOO introduces all-day dining and drama with seven separate cooking "theaters" and a brigade of 30 chefs. The liveliness and bustle make it a good place to stop for breakfast or lunch. Take your pick from seafood, sushi, and sashimi; Peking duck and dim sum; a carving station for roasts, poultry, and game; noodles and pastas; and pizzas, curries, tandooris, antipasto, cured meats, salads, or sandwiches. You can even have a late-night snack here from 10:30 PM to midnight.
