The newest (and possibly brightest) star on the Shenzhen haute-cuisine scene, 360 takes up the top two floors of the Shangri-la hotel, and offers sumptuous dishes like homemade pasta with eggplant, zucchini, and pesto sauce and ginger-crusted-salmon fillet with couscous and lemon celery sauce. Ambiance is chic, and the view from any table in the house is breathtaking. For food, decor, and view we can't recommend this place highly enough.
