Fodor's Review:
Arguably one of the finest Italian restaurants in China, the decor, as the name suggests, is blue -- blue walls, ceilings, and mellow indigo lighting. The food is expensive but worth every penny. If you're really in the mood for decadence, try the dessert tray -- chocolates, pastries, and eight different types of mousse surround a caramelized sugar statue of David.
