This inexplicably named budget hotel is not a bad place for the price. However, a few of the rooms are a bit funky, the beds hard, and some of the wooden furniture seems rickety. We got the feeling that the hotel's clientele was primarily comprised of businesspeople on a strict budget, and patrons of the bar street below using the place for trysts. There are two common rooms with televisions, free Internet access, and the definite prospect of meeting interesting people.
