Precious Stone Hill (Baoshi Shan)
Precious Stone Hill (Baoshi Shan) Review
The slender spire of Protecting Chu Pagoda rises atop Precious Stone Hill. The brick and stone pagoda is visible from about anywhere on the lake. From the hilltop, you can see around West Lake and across to Hangzhou City. Numerous paths from the lakeside lead up the hill, which is dotted with Buddhist and Taoist shrines. Several caves provide shade from the hot summer sun.
