Barolo (Bāluóluò) Review
Beautifully executed Italian food in plush surroundings makes this luxury hotel eatery as appropriate for a power lunch as for a romantic dinner. A love of wine clearly is the inspiration, from the bold burgundies of the decor to the impressive list of Italian vintages to the use of the restaurant's namesake in dishes such as tagliolini with sea urchin, suckling pig, and wagyu beef cheek.
