Fodor's Review:
"Spring from Hunan" is a small venue specializing in Hunan cuisine with a French touch -- Aymeric, the owner, is French. The seven-table restaurant has an extensive menu; smoked bean curd (xianggan), and cured meat (larou) are prepared splendidly here. In addition to classic Hunan dishes, you can also sample fondue Bouguignone and banana flambé.
