Fodor's Review:

This spot is known for its hearty Shaanxi cuisine, famous for its heavy use of dark vinegar. Kao laolao is a favorite noodle cooked in a honeycomb-like shape, which is dipped into sauces of tomato and egg, minced-meat, or vinegar. Guoyou ro (tender pork sautéed with chives) is the signature dish of this province.
