We don't always vote for hotel bars, but this one is decidedly different. It's huge and luxurious, with cavernous wine cellars—and it also has Bruce Lee, the city's favorite cocktail master. Drinks are expensive. Come for the early-evening happy hour, when the prices are more polite, and feast your eyes on the nouveau riche showing off their labels.
