Across the street from Tongli, the Fashion Center at Sanlitun is a tidy, five-story mall stocked with princess punk fashions. Men head to the fourth floor for shops with names such as Manly. Mughal's Beijing, a rooftop Pakistani/Xinjiang restaurant, offers an yummy alternative to the Western bars crowding Sanlitun below. Look for a red "3D3" sign as you approach.
