From its decor to dinnerware, there's nothing humble about this fusion restaurant. The main dining area is designed around a pool covered with rose petals; gingko leaves scatter the hallway. We found this to be one of the few restaurants that successfully creates fusion dishes, tapping Western ingredients while retaining a distinct Chinese flavor. The lightly fried crispy prawn glazed with wasabi-mayonnaise sauce is unforgettable. For dessert try cool lemongrass jelly served with red wolfberries.
