Chic Bellagio is a bright, trendy-but-comfortable restaurant serving up typical Sichuan dishes with a Taiwanese twist. A delicious choice is their migao (glutinous rice with dried mushrooms and dried shrimp, stir-fried rice noodles, and meatball soup). You can finish your meal with a Taiwan-style crushed ice and toppings of red bean, green bean, mango, strawberry, or peanut. Bellagio is open until 4 am, making it a favorite with Beijing's chic clubbing set. The smartly dressed all-female staff—clad in black and white—have identical short haircuts.
