Owned by a Chinese-American with impeccable taste, this is one of the best Japanese restaurants in Beijing. Ultramodern interiors and friendly service make for busy lunches and dinners—make a reservation. Try the fresh sashimi, tempura, grilled fish, or one of the many innovative sushi rolls. There's also an extensive sake menu.
