Fodor's Review:

Owned by a Chinese-American with impeccable taste, this is one of the best Japanese restaurants in Beijing. Ultramodern interiors and friendly service make for busy lunches and dinners—make a reservation. Try the fresh sashimi, tempura, grilled fish, or one of the many innovative sushi rolls. There's also an extensive sake menu.

  • Keep in mind: Reservations essential.

just one question, how come they don't put on a Chinese name for it? like all other sushi shops?

it's just interesting to notice that many non-chinese cuisine restaurants are opened by chinese people, and if they are to welcome all customers, in beijing, i suggest they should put out the yin quan name out. otherwise all good
