Qianhai and Houhai

Fodor's Review:
Most people come to these lakes, along with Xihai in the northwest, to stroll and enjoy the shoreside bars and restaurants. In summer you can boat, swim, fish, and even, on occasion, windsurf. In winter sections of the frozen surfaces are fenced off for skating.
