Pan Pacific Suzhou (Súzhōu wúgōng táipǐngyángdájiǔdiàn) Review

One of the city's more unique luxury hotels, the Pan Pacific Suzhou has a two-story stone entrance topped by a pagoda that's modelled after the Pan Gate. Musicians playing traditional instruments are on hand to welcome you. Try to snag a courtyard-facing room for pleasant views of the gardens. The newer Pacific Club rooms are pricier, but you get a few extra perks for your cash. The Pagoda Lounge Bar overlooks the Ruiguang Pagoda. Kids enjoy the outdoor Roman-style pool.
