Punjabi (Bĕnjiébĭ Yìndù liàolĭ) Review

Indian chefs slap naan dough to the sides of roaring tandor ovens in the open kitchen of this popular North Indian restaurant. Typically rich Punjabi dishes like butter chicken make up most of the menu, with biryanis (spiced rice dishes) and southern-style dosas (savory pancakes) toward the back. Look for the large red and blue sign halfway down Hunan Pedestrian Street pointing you down the alley.
