Foshan Yuan Review
This well-known restaurant is always packed and has a foreign-friendly English menu (with pictures). Everything is freshly prepared, and the space is pleasant (and very clean). The spicy carrot dumplings come highly recommended. The restaurant closes early, at 9 pm, so that the staff can prepare food for the homeless. It's a bit difficult to find, because it sits on a nameless street; show the name of the restaurant in Chinese to anyone in the area to help point you in the right direction.
