Beijing to Shanghai Restaurants

Kiesslings (Qǐshìlín cāntīng)

Kiesslings (Qǐshìlín cāntīng) Review

Originally opened by Austrians, this popular place is actually three restaurants in one: a petite stone lodge serving Russian and Bavarian fare, an expansive dining room serving Chinese dishes, and a European-style café and bakery doing a brisk business selling freshly baked walnut cakes. The first two are situated on the grounds of the attractive Kiessling Beidaihe Hotel; the café-bakery is on the main street. Unlike most places in Beidaihe, it's open all year.
