The best thing on offer at the Hotel de la Paix is its fine Khmer restaurant, named for the famous pepper that grows in Kampot Province. Here, you'll dine in style in the hotel's courtyard. Choose a traditional seven-course meal (set menu), with foods served on clay, stone, or banana leaf, and adorned with local herbs. A pungent ginger fish stew is a highlight. Portions are small, but the point is to savor each bite.
