Topaz Review

The first-class French specialties and extensive wine list at this fine restaurant make it a longtime Phnom Penh favorite. Though it no longer truly stands out in the city's growing restaurant scene, it is a reliable choice for a good, candlelit meal. Note that Topaz is opens for lunch early around 11 am, but closes again at 2 pm; dinner starts at 6 pm.
