Independence Hotel Review

First opened in 1963 with the interior designed by King Sihanouk, the Independence established itself as the premier destination of the era. War and subsequent disrepair left the shell in poor condition until refurbishment a few years ago. Now the rooms once again ooze imperial splendor with beautiful appointments, modern facilities, and a design orchestrated to make the best of stunning views across the water.
