Fodor's Review

As the third-largest covered ski park in the world (22,500 square feet), Ski Dubai caused a wave of excitement to spread through the Gulf region when it opened in 2005. The hill is a mountain resort in miniature with five runs of varying difficulty, including the first indoor black-diamond slope and a snow park for kids and nonskiers. If you aren't up for playing in the snow, relax at one of the two cafés in the complex. Ski Dubai does not allow inexperienced skiers on the slopes, so if you have trouble stopping, controlling your speed, or using a chairlift, you'll have to take a lesson.
