Oscar's, one of the new generation of wine bars, takes the mysticism out of the oenophile experience, with sampling menus (a selection of four or five wines) at reasonable prices, accompanied by genuine Spanish tapas, including cured meats, olives, and passable cheese. You can enjoy a good range of old- and new-world wines by the glass or bottle. Oscar's looks like a traditional Spanish bodega, complete with terra-cotta floor tiles and huge barrels for tables.
