Although the name sounds Chinese, this European fusion restaurant has some of the most adventurous taste mixtures in Dubai. Dishes come in two sizes, tapas or entrées, so you can mix and share as you wish. The whole point is to try as many combinations as your appetite will allow. The chef uses such innovative techniques as liquid nitrogen, and pairs such classic ingredients as virgin olive oil with ice cream. The decor here is no less inventive. Like a newspaper—black, white, and red all over—the restaurant melds French boudoir with Japanese minimalist style.
