Fodor's Review

Large Darling Cellars produces wines under a number of labels. In the Onyx range, look for the 2006 cabernet sauvignon and the 2008 noble late harvest. Other suggestions include the 2005 Pinotage and the 2009 sauvignon blanc. The DC range has some pleasing reds, including the nice, spicy Black Granite Shiraz and the 2008 Terra Hutton Cabernet Sauvignon. The newer Flamingo Bay range is proving that it can produce more than pleasant quaffs. In keeping with the West Coast,

try the flamingo-pink 2008 Pinotage Rosé.
