Stellenbosch's original backpackers' lodging is within easy walking distance of most major town sights and is a great place to stay if you're traveling on a limited budget. You can choose from simple double rooms, dorm beds, and even limited camping facilities in the gardens. Other amenities include shared kitchen facilities and an on-site travel agent. The folks here will even arrange budget-minded packages that include wine tours and cheese tastings.
