At the Woods Guest House Review

Built with care and attention to detail, this lovely owner-managed guesthouse is a winner. The decor is understated, and most of the finishes are natural: stone tiles in the bathrooms, reed ceilings, and lots of woodwork, including some charming old wooden doors. All rooms have king-size beds, huge shower stalls, and roomy balconies with a mountain view. It's right in the village, so it's close to all the wonderful activities in Storms River. Hostess Bev Coetzee is a mine of information on the local area as well as the whole Garden Route. Ask for an upstairs room facing the mountain.
