At this Cascades Hotel restaurant you can dine beside a sparkling pool and surrounded by lush tropical gardens and cascading waterfalls. The pool deck is relaxed and casual, while inside is more formal, although the menu is the same. The restaurant has a reasonably priced menu and wine list and consistently good food. Start with homemade bread and traditional Greek dips, followed by calamari grilled with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, and a hint of chili, or slovaki—sirloin skewers marinated in garlic, mint, coriander, and lemon juice served with tzatziki. The Amarula crème brûlée, made with a South African liqueur, is a sweet way to finish. There's also a good children's menu.
