Ponte City

Fodor's Review:

Ponte City is a massive, hollow, 54-story cylinder of apartments perched on the edge of the central business district. Built in 1975, and standing at a height of 567 feet with a flashing cell-phone ad at the top, it's the tallest residential building in the southern hemisphere.
