This is a hotel-cum-restaurant and art gallery. It's small and luxurious, and the decor is minimalist, with carefully chosen African art. Suites, each done by a different interior designer, have separate lounges and bedrooms, fireplaces, complimentary minibars, and satellite TV. You can also ogle brochures for the hotel's partner game lodges in the far north of Kruger National Park. Sides, the restaurant, turns in consistently good reviews. Its menu changes with the seasons. The food is exciting and fresh: roasted artichoke, mozzarella, and olive salad and roast-duck-and-orange risotto, for example. It also has a well-stocked wine cellar.
