Fodor's Review:

Close to the Civic Theatre and a three-minute drive from the central business district, this property offers the best value in the city and a view of the cityscape. Suites are all air-conditioned, and each has a separate lounge and balcony. You can enter the hotel directly from a secure parking garage. A word of warning: the neighborhood isn't safe to walk in at night.
