Ginja's position in the culinary firmament is well deserved, but it does mean booking one month in advance and choosing one of two sittings staggered from 7 PM. Order the Around the World in a Spoon starter from the eclectic menu: six delicious mouthfuls, from eggplant with Parmesan to avocado sushi with ginger. Springbok Wellington with caramelized red cabbage and green beans is a delicious main course. End with Oreo mascarpone pudding served with an atomizer of Amaretto perfume. Service is slick, and the narrow entrance corridor, red walls, and black-and-white images of forks hint at the drama to unfold. Watch your step as you enter.
