Steaks are cut and matured by an in-house butcher, and a team of sommeliers will recommend the best wine match for your meal. The springbok fillet served with a chocolate-chili sauce is a good choice. Be sure to order the deep-fried onion rose as an accompaniment. Outside seating under umbrellas (heated in winter) provides views over the harbor, though it's more comfortable inside. The service is excellent.
