Fodor's Review:

Claiming the largest selection of wines by the glass (about 100) in the land, Belthazar is also recommended for its consistently good steak and seafood. Steaks are cut and matured by an in-house butcher, and a team of sommeliers will recommend the best wine match for your meal. The springbok fillet served with a chocolate-chili sauce is a good choice. Be sure to order the deep-fried onion rose as an accompaniment. Outside seating under umbrellas (heated in winter) provides views over the harbor, though it's more comfortable inside. The service is excellent.
