It's been described as "schmodelly," which in Cape Town lingo roughly translates as a place where you can schmooze with models. The cocktails are made with the freshest ingredients. Try the signature Tank cocktail, a delicious mix of homemade lemongrass syrup, fresh litchi juice, and lots of alcohol.
