Scarborough Review
This tiny vacation community has one of the best beaches on the peninsula, and is populated by a disproportionate number of conservation biologists. Look no further than the setting to explain that one. From Scarborough to Kommetjie, the M65 hugs the shoreline, snaking between the mountains and the crashing surf. This part of the shore is considered unsafe for swimming, but experienced surfers, boogie boarders, and windsurfers revel in the wind and waves, and the scenery is heart-stopping.
