Fodor's Review

Boasting one of the largest selections of wines by the glass (about 100) in the land, Belthazar is also recommended for its consistently good steak and seafood. Steaks are cut and matured by an in-house butcher, and a team of sommeliers will recommend the best wine match for your meal. The springbok fillet served with a chocolate-chili sauce is a good choice. The Chicago-cut beef is a little more than a pound of on-the-bone deliciousness. The deep-fried onion blossom is a visual treat, but the creamed spinach or spiced beets are better sides. Outside seating under umbrellas (heated in winter) provides views of the bustling V&A waterfront and the harbor beyond, though it's more comfortable inside.
