Lunch menus focus on international fare, with excellent salads, pastas, seafood dishes, and wood-oven baked pizzas to choose from. Dinners flaunt the chef's Creole cooking, with exquisite renditions of island favorites, such as a tuna carpaccio with deep-fried okra, grilled job fish (a delicious firm whitefish similar to
snapper) over fennel, orange, and watercress salad, and heavenly curries served with local chutneys, such as the Creole fish curry. Nonhotel guests should be sure to book ahead. The Indian set menu (once a week) is very popular.
