Fodor's Review

Doubtless the most pricey restaurant in town, Leo's is also arguably Windhoek's only true fine-dining establishment. Literally in a castle on a hill, Leo's small chandelier-dazzled dining room has fabulous views across the city. Inside, it's all champagne and taupe elegance, with red roses in simple sterling vases, and sepia prints of early-20th-century photographs of the castle. The cuisine is haute all the way and gorgeously prepared and presented. The seasonal menu is not large but focuses on meat, with a couple fresh fish and vegetarian options. The wine list is an impressive tome. In warm weather, the outside seating is its own delight.
