Taros is a restaurant, bar, boutique, art gallery, and international meeting space all in one. It's named after the wind that blows off the sea, and you can sip cocktails on a terrific rooftop terrace with views of the port. The lunch menu changes daily, and for dinner, chef Abdesamad prepares specialties such as Oualidia oysters and other dishes that blend local ingredients with modern inspiration. diet) is fantastic. For dessert, try the chocolate fondant. Dinner is served downstairs by the attentive staff while a band or DJ plays on the roof to a hip crowd. On chillier evenings on the terrace, ask the staff for a poncho.
