Fodor's Review

An outlet of a French café, bakery, and restaurant group, Paul is housed in the beautiful Art Deco Villa Zevaco. Whether for breakfast, lunch, or afternoon tea, Paul's terrace is always full of customers thanks to the fabulous garden and unparalleled pastries, breads, and cakes. Try the Royal, a decadent, chocolate mousse–like cake, or the mille-feuille (literally translated as "a thousand leaves"), which melts in the mouth. The rustic breads are beloved throughout the city. At lunchtime, try the fresh salads or croque-monsieurs.
