Hotel and Restaurant El Reducto Review
Friendly, quadrilingual hosts Ruth and Brahim bring enthusiasm and warmth to this new hotel and restaurant, making it one of the best options in Tetouan. Built for the Moroccan prime minister during the Spanish protectorate in 1810 and retiled in 1940 through a gift from the Spanish governor, the house is spacious and affords great views from the roof. The hosts show no small attention to detail in everything from all-natural bath lotions and soaps in the bathrooms to their eagerness to show off Tetouan and bring recognition to their city and its history. The restaurant serves fine Moroccan and Spanish food and is highly recommended. The breakfast is quite generous.
