Perhaps because it's a little too comfortable with its rock-solid reputation for superb traditional Moroccan cooking, the service at Stylia can leave you feeling like a tourist on a conveyor belt. Female diners are offered roses by waiters who don't make eye contact, and the chairs are chintzy. The proprietor fashioned the stunning restaurant from a 16th-century mansion, styling it as an Andalusian palace. The set menu offers plenty of expertly prepared cuisine, sometimes including a perfect pigeon pastilla starter for two. Despite group bookings and the occasional shoddy touch, it's worth an evening out simply to avoid riad overload.
